So, the first one I'm going to show you is, they call it "Salute to the Sun," but it's a good way to just kind of, you know, get your chakras all warmed up and ready to go.
So, you just, you know, you stand and you start by leaning back, and then you bring your arms down, and you get all centered.
And then you do a downward stretch, and then you move your legs back into, like, the plank position, which is really good for your abs.
And then you walk your hands back, and you stretch into, like, they call this a downward dog.
