We want to be careful not to introduce any nasties to the inside of the body obviously.

So we've washed our hands thoroughly and we're going to glove up and use some nice clean

and sterile technique. What we're using today are called dilators.

You'll see that these are in autoclave bags because I autoclave these at home before bringing them down for you.

I've also got some sterile surgical jelly that we will be using to lubricate the rods before we stick them down our urethra.
